Crystal is the owner and broker of Condo & Associates, bringing over 7 years of industry experience to her role. Her journey began as a SHIP and CAC while serving as a Patient Financial Advocate at a local hospital. Following this, she spent just over 3 years with the Nikki Shields Agency. With Nikki’s departure, Crystal was determined to keep the doors open, leading to the establishment of Condo & Associates.
